Get your free estimateDamage Restoration Before & After in Miami, FL
We could tell you our drying equipment pulls three gallons of water from a hidden ceiling cavity, or that a Crawlspace fits under Brickell homes built in the 1950s. But photos land harder than words. Below are representative jobs from our crews across Miami, from soggy drywall in Coconut Grove to a sweating concrete slab in Doral. No staged shots, no filters. Just work, documented by text as it happened.

Water Damage Restoration: Burst Supply Line in Coconut Grove
Before
AfterA copper supply line let go around 2 a.m. behind a guest bathroom vanity. Water ran through the wall cavity into an adjacent bedroom, soaking carpet, pad, and about 18 inches of drywall. We extracted 40 gallons, pulled the affected drywall and wet insulation, then set Dri-Eaz LGR dehumidifiers and air movers running for four days. The written scope covered new drywall, texture match, paint, and baseboard. Photos went to the homeowner by text at each stage.
Mold Remediation: Closet Humidity Problem in a Coral Gables Condo
Before
AfterThis one started as a musty smell the owner noticed every morning. Miami’s humidity pushes moisture into closets that sit against exterior walls, especially in older condo buildings where the HVAC runs less in winter. We cut out the affected drywall, treated the framing with an antimicrobial application, and ran an air scrubber for two days. The after photo shows clean, newly hung drywall, and the reinspection confirmed the surface is dry and clear.
Water Damage Repair: Ceiling Collapse in Little Havana
Before
AfterA condensate line from an attic air handler had been dripping for weeks before the drywall finally gave way. The homeowner called after a chunk of ceiling landed on the dining table cloth. We stopped the source, dried the framing above the ceiling over three days, then rebuilt the section. The repair included match-texturing the orange peel finish and repainting the entire ceiling so the patch didn’t flash under the chandelier light.
Water Damage Restoration: Storm Water Intrusion in Kendall

Late afternoon thunderstorms can drop two inches of rain on Kendall in an hour, and this split-level home’s front door seal didn’t hold. Water pushed into the foyer and down a short hallway, swelling baseboards and soaking a hall closet’s contents. Our crew extracted, pulled the baseboards to dry the wall bases, and ran psychrometric drying, which means tracking the air’s moisture level so we know when the structure is truly dry, not just surface-dry. The after shows the foyer dry and the baseboards reinstalled with a clean caulk line.
Mold Remediation: Bathroom Exhaust Failure in North Miami

The exhaust fan in this North Miami bathroom had burned out months before anyone noticed, and daily showers had nowhere to send the steam. Mold colonized on the ceiling and top section of the shower wall. We removed the affected drywall, treated the framing, and installed new moisture-resistant drywall before priming and painting the whole ceiling. The homeowner reinstalled a higher-CFM fan the following week, which we recommended before we left.
